Job summary

Effective Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Semi Static Maintenance Engineer to work across three sites in West London. The role combines electrical and mechanical multi-skilled duties with building services expertise to perform planned and reactive maintenance.

You will carry out PPMs, fault-find on M&E systems, complete reports and liaise with clients on site. A range of up-to-date qualifications and strong fault-finding skills are essential; salary is £40-50k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in building services maintenance.
• Experience with mechanical and M&E systems.
• Good fault finding and maintenance skills.
• Experience carrying out a range of PPM duties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance
• Attend reactive maintenance issues and building repairs
• Service, maintain and fault-find mechanical and M&E systems
• Carry out routine inspections
• Complete job reports, log books, maintenance records etc
• Monitor plant rooms and site equipment
• Complete scheduled works on time
• Liaise professionally with clients, tenants and contractors on site
