Job summary

West London-based building services company seeks an experienced Mechanical / M&E Maintenance Engineer for a permanent static-site role. The engineer will manage planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical plant, plumbing and related services, ensuring reliable operation on a large site.

A mechanical or plumbing qualification is advantageous, with opportunities to progress within a stable, long-term contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial building services or facilities maintenance, preferably on static sites.
• Maintenance of mechanical building services plant and systems.
• Ability to carry out fault finding and cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on site.
• Maintenance and repair of mechanical building services plant and systems.
• Commercial plumbing maintenance and minor installations.
• Fault finding and identifying practical, cost-effective solutions.
• General plant room and building services duties.
• Completing service and maintenance documentation.
• Liaising with the wider engineering team and site management.
• Maintain a high standard of service in a client-facing environment.
