Job summary

Bridgend Youth Support Service is looking for a dedicated worker to provide open access support to young people. You will facilitate a needs-led provision aligned with the five aims in the Youth Work Strategy for Wales, supporting development and well-being.

The role requires evening and occasional weekend work, term-time hours (2–4 hours per week), and a driving licence is desirable. Welsh language greeting is a requirement for this post.
