Job summary

Merthyr Valleys Homes is seeking a Youth Engagement Partner to drive the local youth engagement programme from our Calon Las Youth Service, with on-site duties including occasional evenings. You will work to create and deliver a variety of youth activities and growth opportunities for young people across our communities.

You will report to the Senior Youth Engagement Partner and collaborate with partners and tenants to foster participation, build relationships, and ensure a positive, inclusive

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with warmth, compassion and approachability.
• Ability to tailor to diverse audiences and facilitate discussions.
• Strong initiative and event organisation with solid project planning skills.
