Action for Children is looking for a caring Residential Support Worker to create a safe, supportive home for young people in Rhondda Cynon Taf. You will build relationships, support daily routines, and help children feel understood and valued in a warm, child-centred team.

The role involves rota-based shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, with a pro-rata salary of £25,949 plus an annual opportunity to earn £1,200 from sleep-ins.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to engage with young people
• Positive approach and 'can do' attitude
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Commitment to completing Level 3 in Health and Social Care within 2 years, funded by employer

• Support with personal hygiene, communication, and medication administration
