Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support young people including those in employment and college.
• Engage residents and encourage independence through various means.
• Provide techniques to live independently including cooking classes.
• Cover evenings and occasional weekends as needed.
• Assess clients' needs regularly and work with SMART targets aligned to housing guidelines.
• Support clients to maintain tenure agreements and understand housing obligations.
• Assist clients in identifying and addressing issues related to children and promote positive parenting and welfare of children/young people.
