TeacherActive Ltd is seeking a Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant for a part-time role in Oswestry. The post requires Welsh language fluency and support for primary-aged learners in a classroom setting. Immediate start with a Fri full day and Mon afternoon schedule, on-site at Penybontfawr, Oswestry.

The role offers a daily pay rate of £85.50, with ongoing opportunities and CPD through the agency. Successful candidates will join a dedicated recruitment team and receive guidance through onboarding

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

The successful Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant will have:

• Fluency in the Welsh language, both spoken and written, is essential
• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience is desirable
• Experience supporting children in a primary school or educational setting
• A good understanding of the primary curriculum
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A positive, patient and adaptable approach to supporting children's learning
