Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting a Welsh-speaking ALN Teaching Assistant for opportunities across Torfaen. This role involves 1:1 and small-group support to ALN pupils, using Welsh where required, with a focus on building confidence and independence.

Various full-time, part-time and flexible options available from September 2026. Qualified candidates will have experience with children or young people, ALN/SEND exposure is desirable, and a DBS Update Service check (or willingness to obtain one) is

Are you a Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children or young people with additional learning needs?

We're recruiting a dedicated Welsh Speaking ALN Teaching Assistant for opportunities across Torfaen. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ALN TA or someone with transferable experience who is passionate about helping pupils develop their confidence, independence and learning.

The Role

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with ALN
