Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive 24/7 switchboard service to Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bleep long range pagers, relay information, and route callers to the appropriate department.
• Carry out emergency procedures and maintain records in line with standing instructions.
