Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Oadby to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on coaching colleagues, improving product knowledge and ensuring daily store operations run smoothly.

You’ll complete the Qualified to Advise training and help maintain strong sales, stock, and visual merchandising while upholding compliance and safety standards. A customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store goals.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues to build confidence, product knowledge and performance.
• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
