Job summary

Holland & Barrett is recruiting a part-time Retail Assistant for the High Street store in St Neots. You will welcome customers, help them select products, and maintain engaging displays. This role offers training, a friendly team environment, and opportunities to grow in health and wellness knowledge.

The position is permanent, 10 hours per week, paying £13.17 per hour. You’ll support promotions and ensure excellent customer service across store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and friendly, approachable manner.
• Able to work as part of a team in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find products for wellness goals.
• Recommend products with confidence and deliver great service.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays well-merchandised.
• Support promotions and maintain store presentation and standards.
