Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Cambridge is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant for 15 hours per week at £13.17 per hour. You will welcome customers, help them choose products to support wellness goals and provide trusted guidance with in-store and online options.

You'll engage in stock, merchandising and promotions while delivering high standards of service. Training, team collaboration and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style.
• Curiosity about health and wellness, with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stay organised, work as part of a team and adapt in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using technology, including tablets and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
