Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Woking is hiring for a permanent part-time role at 15 hours per week (£13.70/hour). You will welcome customers, guide them to wellness products, and support promotions while keeping shelves tidy and presentations strong.

Join a collaborative team and complete our Qualified to Advise training to deepen product knowledge and provide trusted guidance to shoppers both in-store and online.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style.
• Curiosity about health and wellness, with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stay organized, work as part of a team and adapt in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using technology, including tablets and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend products in-store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
