Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Bristol is hiring a Retail Assistant for a 6 month fixed-term contract, 15 hours per week. You will greet customers, help them choose products for their wellness goals and support store presentation.

You should be a people person with good communication, enjoy teamwork and be comfortable using tablets and digital tools. No previous experience required; training provided.

• Recommending products with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and operational standards.
• Working with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend products, in-store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide guidance.
