Job summary

Holland & Barrett is looking for a Retail Assistant to help customers selecting wellness products and to deliver friendly, attentive service in a welcoming store environment. The role is permanent and 10 hours per week, at £13.17 per hour, with training to boost product knowledge.

You'll keep shelves tidy, support promotions and maintain high store presentation while collaborating with teammates to meet store goals and create a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style.
• Curiosity about health and wellness and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stay organized, work in a busy retail environment and as part of a team.
• Confidence using technology, including tablets and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products with confidence while delivering outstanding service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and operational standards.
• Working with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customer needs and propose in-store or online options.
• Completing training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
