Job summary

Holland & Barrett in London’s Long Acre is hiring a Retail Assistant on a permanent basis for 15 hours per week at £14.26 per hour. You’ll help customers with their wellness goals and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.

You'll keep shelves stocked, assist with promotions, and ensure store presentation meets high standards. Training and ongoing development are provided to grow your product knowledge and customer confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and friendly approach.
• Willingness to learn about health and wellness.
• Ability to stay organised in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find products aligned with wellness goals.
• Recommend products with confident, consultative approach and deliver great service.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays well merchandised.
