Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Didcot is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to welcome customers, help them find wellbeing products and deliver great service.

You'll keep shelves stocked, support promotions and work with the team to hit store goals, using tablets and digital tools to assist purchases.

Training will build product knowledge; 28 days holiday, discounts and a pension await after six months of service.

Qualifications

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style.
• Curiosity about health and wellness, with a willingness to learn.
• The ability to stay organised, work as part of a team and adapt in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using technology, including tablets and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
