Job summary

Heliix operates premium wellness cafés within Equinox clubs across London, currently Kensington, St James’s and Bishopsgate. We’re building a high-performance food and beverage business with ambitions to scale across the UK and beyond.

This role is for a hands-on Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, leading a small but ambitious team to deliver top-tier service and growth across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-site operations experience in premium F&B or luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record managing clusters of sites with P&L responsibility and budgets.
• Genuine passion for fitness and wellness, aligned with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across London fitness cafés, driving growth and operational KPIs.
• Lead and develop 3 café managers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage rosters, budgets, forecasts, and supplier relationships to optimise efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure high standards of site presentation and customer experience across locations.
