Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and ability to command respect.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Resilient and able to follow safeguarding and data policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues internally, centrally and externally.
• Be an effective and flexible member of the Academy staff, contributing to safeguarding adherence.
• Uphold Academy policies and procedures at all times.
• Ensure documentation is to a high standard and in-house style.
• Comply with safeguarding, health, safety and data protection policies and report concerns.
• Participate in training and other learning activities as required.
• Partake in the Academy’s Performance Management process (PDR).
• Provide guidance and supervision and assist in staff training and development as appropriate.
• Promote the area of responsibility within the Academy and beyond.
• Represent the Academy at events as appropriate.
• Support and promote the Academy ethos.
• Undertake other duties within the general scope of the post.
• Comply with GDPR and school data protection policies.
