Job summary

St Catherine’s Hospice Sussex and Surrey is recruiting a Wellbeing Specialist on a permanent, full-time basis. The role works 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, delivering holistic wellbeing and therapy services.

£33,903.48 - £38,382.44 per annum for 37.5 hours a week (dependent on experience).

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Wellbeing Specialist. Working closely with the Head of Wellbeing and Therapies, the Wellbeing Specialist will play a key role in developing and delivering wellbeing and therapy services that support people across our local communities, ensuring fair, inclusive and equitable access for all.

This post is offered on a permanent, full time basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.

About You

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to support the delivery of our new Wellbeing-Only Referral Pathway.

We are seeking a dynamic, positive, and motivated individual who is passionate about service development and improving patient care. This role offers the chance to lead and contribute to the ongoing development of the Wellbeing Centre, while working as an integral member of the wider Wellbeing Team.

The successful candidate will be proactive, innovative, and committed to delivering high-quality holistic support, helping to shape and enhance our wellbeing services for patients and those important to them.
