Job summary

Anglian Water, part of the @one Alliance, is seeking a Wellbeing Behavioural Safety Advisor to help lead health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across Water Recycling projects in the Peterborough region. The role focuses on embedding psychological safety, positive safety behaviours and engaging frontline teams in practical interventions.

You will work with operational teams and HSW colleagues, delivering briefings, campaigns and improvements while developing specialist WB & BHS competence

Qualifications

• Experience in operational wellbeing, safety or workforce engagement.
• Understanding of workplace wellbeing, mental health and safe working behaviours.
• Experience communicating with frontline teams and managers.
• Ability to facilitate briefings, discussions or learning activities.
• Understanding of confidentiality and appropriate escalation.
• Confidence engaging with people at all organisational levels.
• Ability to gather, record and interpret operational feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support site-based delivery of the Wellbeing & Behavioural Safety strategy across Strategic Alliances.
• Embed wellbeing, psychological safety and positive safety behaviours into everyday work with project teams.
• Deliver WB & BHS briefings, trainings, campaigns and improvement activities.
• Gather workforce insights to identify themes and practical improvements.
• Work alongside operational HSW Advisors without duplicating inspections or incident investigations.
• Develop WB & BHS specialist competence.
