Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Wellness Specialist within the Employee Wellness Team to drive wellbeing initiatives across the UK and EMEA. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to implement engaging wellness activities and enhance the employee experience.

You will coordinate programmes, monitor delivery, and produce insights to evaluate participation and impact, contributing to a healthier, more engaged workforce across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication for employee-facing content.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external providers.
• Organised with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to produce insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with wellness vendors and monitor service delivery.
• Coordinate the Wellness Champion programme including onboarding and events.
• Maintain wellness content across internal channels and improve based on feedback.
• Support wellness operations, including clinics and health initiatives.
• Coordinate campaigns and events with planning, messaging, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with HR across EMEA to share best practices.
• Support incidents with vendor escalation and communications.
• Produce reporting and insights on participation and trends.
• Respond to employee enquiries and direct to wellness resources.
• Promote awareness and participation in wellness initiatives.
