Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London is seeking a Senior Associate to support the SRI Events team. You will develop event strategies for the EMEA portfolio, craft engaging content, and manage multiple large and small-scale events from concept to execution.

You will lead invitation campaigns, oversee budgets, and coordinate with venues, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless delivery and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in marketing and events.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and hands-on experience with CRM tools.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities; multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent prioritization and communication across stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~25% for events.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plans and executes SRI events to advance client engagement for targeted clients and prospects.
• Leads invitation and RSVP tracking, including creation, testing and distribution.
• Owns RSVP lists from multiple data sources for accuracy.
• Builds and maintains project plans, invoices and budgets to support event execution.
• Writes and manages event communications such as host and speaker briefings.
• Leads production elements: venue research, contracting, catering, A/V and collateral.
• Liaises with venue and A/V onsite, manages registration and vendor relationships.
• Drafts materials and participates in debriefs to capture learnings and improvements.
• Aggregates data and analyzes programs for ROI with business and marketing teams.
• Analyzes RSVP trends and engagement to refine event strategy.
• Finalizes event reporting, budgets and audit records for compliance.
