Job summary

The Bukola Group, partnering with a respected national charity, seeks a Wellbeing Officer to support employee wellbeing across a diverse workforce. This 12-month fixed-term contract is based in Central London with hybrid working arrangements and a salary of £30,000 per annum.

You will help drive wellbeing projects, manage enquiries, and develop resources and campaigns to promote positive wellbeing. The role sits within an HR and Wellbeing team committed to real impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, wellbeing, employee engagement or related admin role.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and data/records management.

Responsibilities

• Support the review and maintenance of wellbeing resources and guidance materials.
• Assist with updating internal and external wellbeing webpages.
• Respond to wellbeing-related enquiries and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate wellbeing events, awareness campaigns and training initiatives.
• Support wellbeing casework administration and records management.
• Process wellbeing-related financial administration (POs and invoices).
• Collate data and reporting to measure engagement and effectiveness.
• Liaise with external wellbeing providers and stakeholders.
