Job summary

The Bukola Group is partnering with a respected national charity to recruit a Wellbeing Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Central London with hybrid working. The role offers £30,000 per annum and full-time hours.

You will contribute to wellbeing initiatives and resources that positively impact a diverse workforce. You will work within a supportive HR and Wellbeing team to drive projects, respond to enquiries, coordinate events and develop guidance materials.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within HR, wellbeing, employee engagement or a related administrative role.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and confidence managing data and records.
• Experience producing guidance documents, resources or communications.

Responsibilities

• Support the review, development and maintenance of wellbeing resources and guidance materials.
• Assist with updating and improving internal and external wellbeing webpages.
• Manage and respond to wellbeing-related enquiries, escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
• Coordinate wellbeing events, awareness campaigns and training initiatives.
• Support basic wellbeing casework administration and records management.
• Process wellbeing-related financial administration, including purchase orders and invoices.
• Collate data and reporting to measure engagement and effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives.
• Liaise with external wellbeing providers and key stakeholders.
