Job summary

Nuffield Health in Wokingham is seeking a Personal Trainer to join our gym team on a permanent contract with flexible hours and a pro‑rata salary between £30,085.12 and £43,401.28.

You will hold REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner qualifications, be outgoing and a confident communicator, and you’ll deliver a range of sessions, inductions, health checks, group exercise and personal training while benefiting from 8 hours of paid gym floor time each week to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer or CIMSPA Practitioner.
• Current CIMSPA membership required.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of sessions to diverse populations.
• Conduct inductions and health checks for members.
• Support group exercise classes and personal training sessions.
• Assist in growing your PT client base through paid gym floor hours.
