Job summary

Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital is seeking a Personal Trainer in Wokingham. You will run client sessions, inductions and health checks, and lead group exercise while maintaining a high standard of service across all member ages.

As a PT you’ll grow your client base, enjoy flexible hours (full-time or part-time), and benefit from paid gym floor hours to build your practice. You must hold Level 3 PT or CIMSPA and be a current CIMSPA member.

Qualifications

• Qualified Personal Trainer with REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage diverse client groups and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of PT sessions, inductions and health checks.
• Support members with goal setting and fitness guidance.
• Lead group exercise sessions and perform general gym duties.
• Develop and grow your PT client base while maintaining high service standards.
