Job summary

Nuffield Health West Byfleet FWC seeks a Personal Trainer for a part-time 16-hour week. Starting pay from £29,045.12 up to £39,241.28 OTE pro rata with growth potential.

Applicants should hold REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) and be confident, outgoing communicators capable of delivering sessions, inductions, and wellbeing guidance to members. You'll have access to career progression and in-house training to become a Wellbeing Lead.

Qualifications

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) required.
• Confident, outgoing communicator with ability to engage members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of PT sessions and consultations.
• Carry out inductions, Personal Best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and gym duties.
• Motivate members to reach fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
• Support opportunities for career progression and additional training.
