Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Wellbeing Personal Trainer for the Ealing Fitness and Wellbeing Club. This permanent, part-time role (20 hours per week) offers a salary from £29,045 per annum pro-rata, with excellent benefits and opportunities to grow within the organisation.

Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers with current CIMSPA Practitioner membership are preferred. You will be confident, outgoing and able to connect with members to help them achieve fitness and wellbeing goals.

Qualifications

• REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) required.
• Current CIMSPA membership at Personal Trainer Practitioner level is required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Have full access to Nuffield Health’s services and support.
• Motivate members to achieve fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
• Deliver a range of sessions and consultations with confidence.
• Carry out inductions, Personal Best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties.
• Enjoy clear career progression with opportunities to move into wellbeing leadership or management roles.
• Explore progression into Wellbeing Lead and related management positions.
• Pursue further training via in-house CPD programmes, including Les Mills instruction.
