Job summary

Nuffield Health in Wokingham is seeking a Personal Trainer to join our gym floor and deliver a range of sessions to help members achieve their fitness goals. You’ll be supported with 8 paid gym floor hours weekly to grow your client base, and offered flexible hours with part-time or full-time options.

You must hold REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner, be a confident communicator, and maintain high standards in inductions, health checks, group classes and personal training.

Qualifications

• Must hold REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above).
• CIMSPA Personal Trainer Practitioner membership required.
• Post-3 months, maintain minimum 8 sessions per week as Wellbeing PT expectation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of sessions to diverse populations.
• Conduct inductions, health checks, group exercise and personal training.
• Provide high standards on gym floor and support member wellbeing.
• Utilise services to help members grow their PT client base.
