Job summary

Renaissance Care's Wyndwell Care Home in Scotland is seeking an experienced Wellbeing Lead (Activities Co-ordinator) to join our team on bank shifts. You will work with residents, staff and relatives to identify what matters most to residents and design personalised activities to give life meaning and purpose.

You will deliver a mix of group and individual sessions, support staff in running activities and help residents maintain wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment.
• Experience within an organisational role and managing finances.
• Compassionate and committed to providing high quality care.
• Able to work autonomously as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Identify what is important to residents and design personalised activities.
• Design activities to improve wellbeing and support staff.
• Offer group and individual sessions to include everyone.

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing Lead (Activities Co-ordinator) to join our team in Wyndwell Care Home for bank shifts.

Your main responsibilities as the Wellbeing Lead in one of our homes will be to work alongside staff, residents & relatives to identify what is important to residents, and supports them to have purpose & meaning in their life. You will design activity on a personalised basis to improve individual wellbeing of residents, and support staff in developing and maintaining these activities. You will offer a variety of both group & individual sessions, to ensure no-one is excluded.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a care environment and preferably have experience within an organisational role and managing finances. You are compassionate and committed to providing high quality care to our residents. You are able to work autonomously as well as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team.
