Job summary

Sheffield City Council is seeking an enthusiastic Employee Wellbeing Officer to strengthen wellbeing and engagement across the organisation. You will promote the wellbeing offer and deliver campaigns, events, workshops and resources supporting physical, mental and social wellbeing.

You will work with colleagues, managers and partners to turn our People Strategy and Equality Objectives into practical action, building resilience and a healthier workplace for all staff.

Qualifications

• Experience of developing and delivering wellbeing initiatives, campaigns, projects or programmes.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data, trends, feedback and organisational intelligence.
• Strong project-management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Council's wellbeing offer and increase awareness, participation and engagement.
• Plan and deliver wellbeing campaigns, events, workshops and preventative initiatives.
• Coordinate the annual Employee Wellbeing Calendar aligned with diversity priorities.
• Develop accessible resources, guidance and communications for employees and managers.
• Support delivery and continuous improvement of wellbeing programmes and service offer.
• Use feedback and data to identify priorities and develop practical interventions.
• Provide reports and recommendations for improvement.
