Job summary

City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking a proactive People Wellbeing Lead to shape and drive wellbeing across the organisation. You will develop and implement a comprehensive wellbeing approach, collaborating with leaders to embed health in workforce planning and leadership practice.

  • Use data and insight to identify trends, predict risks and influence action.
  • Partner with leaders across the organisation to embed wellbeing into workforce planning, organisational design and leadership practice.
  • Deliver high-profile programmes that improve attendance, reduce health-related risks and strengthen employee experience.
  • Represent the Council at local, regional and national forums, positioning Wolverhampton as a leading employer for workforce wellbeing.
