Job summary

Seetec Group in St Austell is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Coach to provide personalised support for customers facing health and wellbeing barriers to employment. You will deliver one-to-one coaching, group workshops and tailored interventions, managing your own caseload and collaborating with Employment Advisers and partners to secure meaningful outcomes.

The role requires experience in health promotion or wellbeing, coaching, and a strong ability to motivate and communicate.

Qualifications

• Experience in health promotion or wellbeing
• Experience delivering coaching or mentoring
• Experience delivering group workshops or wellbeing interventions
• Good understanding of how health and wellbeing relate to employment

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of customers with tailored one-to-one coaching and group support to improve wellbeing and readiness for work
• Conduct initial triage and holistic assessments to identify needs and barriers
• Develop personalised action plans and deliver coaching interventions to build confidence and resilience
• Plan and facilitate wellbeing workshops and group sessions on topics like stress management and healthy lifestyles
• Support customers with physical health, mental wellbeing, or neurodiversity-related challenges toward employment
• Collaborate with Employment Advisers, healthcare providers, and community organisations to access appropriate support
• Review progress and adapt support plans to achieve positive health and employment outcomes
• Maintain accurate customer records and meet performance targets and quality standards
