Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. in Bristol seeks a Health and Wellbeing Coach to support customers facing health and wellbeing barriers to employment.

The role offers tailored one-to-one coaching, group workshops and personalised interventions to build confidence and practical coping strategies. You will manage your own caseload, perform initial triage and holistic assessments, and develop action plans while working with Employment Advisers, healthcare providers and community organisations to ensure the right

Qualifications

• Experience in health promotion or wellbeing roles.
• Experience supporting physical/mental health barriers to employment.
• Experience delivering one-to-one coaching and group sessions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to assess needs and develop action plans.
• Experience in employment support services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload with tailored coaching and group support.
• Conduct triage and holistic assessments to identify needs.
• Develop personalised action plans and deliver interventions.
• Plan and facilitate wellbeing workshops and group sessions.
• Support customers to progress towards employment.
• Collaborate with Employment Advisers and partner organisations.
• Review progress and adapt plans to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and meet performance targets.
