Hafod is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator in Bridgend for a part-time, 24-hour-per-week temporary role with potential to become permanent. You will design and lead engaging activities—arts, crafts, group discussions, outings and community engagement—aimed at enhancing residents’ wellbeing and inclusion.
You will build strong relationships with residents and families, support hobby continuation, explore new interests and help maintain independence and sense of purpose.
Make a real impact every day as a Wellbeing coordinator at Hafod.
This role is part-time, 24-hours per week on a temporary contract with potential for the role to go permanent.
We’re looking for a creative, compassionate and organised individual to join our team, delivering engaging and meaningful activities that enhance the wellbeing of our residents. You’ll design and lead a varied programme of activities, from arts and crafts and group discussions to outings and community engagement, ensuring every individual feels included, valued and connected.
This is a rewarding, people-focused role where you’ll build strong relationships with residents and their families, supporting them to continue hobbies, discover new interests and maintain their independence and sense of purpose.
No two days are the same, and your work will directly improve quality of life for those you support.
We put people first, offering a supportive team environment, opportunities for training and development, and the chance to make a genuine difference every day.
Please note: We’re unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
