Hafod in Bridgend is hiring a Project Night Worker to deliver overnight support within a Supported Housing Project for Young People with complex needs. The role is 32 hours per week on a two-week rota, on-site, with a hands-on, rewarding workload that makes a real difference to residents.
You will assist with safety, cleaning, housing management, and incident response, working closely with day staff to maintain continuity of care and high standards of wellbeing.

We’re looking for compassionate, person-centred and resourceful people to join our team. You’ll assist in the provision of a full range of support services to Young People with complex needs within a Supported Housing Project.
This role is 32 hours per week on a 2 week rota.

Provide overnight cover to maintain the safety, security, and smooth operation of the accommodation project, reporting and responding to issues as required.
Carry out cleaning duties across communal areas and vacant rooms to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Complete housing management and administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and supporting effective service delivery.
Work collaboratively with support staff during incidents or crises and liaise with day staff to ensure continuity of care and best practice.
Monitor compliance with health and safety, fire safety, licence agreements, and house rules, reporting concerns promptly and supporting resident wellbeing.
