Responsibilities

• Develop and organise enrichment and wellbeing activities on weekly and monthly schedules.
• Get to know residents and tailor activities to each person.
• Support colleagues with wellbeing and lead the home to a positive living environment.
• Engage with residents, families and staff to create meaningful experiences.
• Communicate clearly and document care planning and activity engagement.
