Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and empathy to improve residents' daily lives.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of local community groups for day trips and events.
• Experience in residential care or similar transferable skills.
• Good written communication for care planning and activity records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and organise enrichment and wellbeing activities on a weekly/monthly schedule.
• Get to know residents and tailor activities to individual preferences.
• Support colleagues' wellbeing and lead the home in a positive, creative environment.
• Coordinate trips, workshops, and in-home events to engage residents.
