Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to design and deliver engaging, resident-centered activities across our care homes. You will tailor programmes to individual needs, creating meaningful moments that enhance daily living for residents.

You will also mentor and train staff on how to engage with residents, uphold dignity and promote self-expression in a supportive, safe environment. Prior care-home activity experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in care home settings is a plus.
• Experience in organising activities or leading groups is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create and run engaging activities tailored to residents.
• Mentor and train staff on how to interact with residents.
• Uphold residents' dignity and self-esteem through meaningful interactions.
