Signature Senior Lifestyle is hiring a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant for our luxury care and nursing home in Caversham, Reading. Bring enthusiasm and creativity to design engaging activities that support residents’ physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs.

You’ll plan daily schedules, organise events such as our Summer Fete, and monitor feedback. Internally, the role is called Hospitality Assistant, and you’ll collaborate across Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Wellbeing &

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• IT skills required.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Create and run activities to improve residents’ wellbeing across physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Produce a packed daily schedule and organise key events throughout the year (e.g., Summer Fete).
• Gather feedback from residents and report to the General Manager; work across departments including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Wellbeing & Lifestyle.
