Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Lifestyle + Wellness Co-ordinator on a bank (zero hours) contract at Manor Court Care Home in Southall. The role involves creating engaging activity plans, running sessions, and coordinating events tailored to residents with dementia and other needs.

You’ll work part-time on a bank basis, helping to deliver person-centred care and enhance residents’ wellbeing within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• You’re a creative thinker with plenty of ideas, who can also manage budgets and maintain paperwork.
• You’ll prioritise tasks effectively and stay organised in a care home setting.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Produce and update the activity planner within a budget.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaise with local community providers for days out/events.
• Arrange one-to-one activities with residents ( reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading, chats ).
• Support home social media channels as required.
