Job summary

Adel Square Care Home, part of the St Mary's Care Group, is seeking a Wellbeing Lead in Leeds to design and run engaging activities for residents across physical, emotional, social, and mental wellbeing.

You'll work closely with residents, families and staff to tailor experiences, organise events and community links, and promote a lively, inclusive atmosphere that reflects individual stories and interests.

Qualifications

• Must have warm, friendly personality and positive outlook.
• Creative and energetic with ideas to engage residents.
• Organised with ability to plan activities and events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Willingness to work weekends as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a varied programme of activities promoting physical, emotional, social and mental wellbeing.
• Engage residents, families and colleagues to ensure opportunities are meaningful and reflective of interests.
• Maintain inclusive, warm environments where residents feel valued and involved.
• Organise social events, themed celebrations, outings and community engagement.
• Build relationships with local groups and volunteers to enrich activities.
• Maintain accurate records and evaluate activities for person-centred care.
