Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator for Priory Court Care Home in Stamford. You will plan engaging activities to support residents' physical, psychological and social well-being, while upholding dignity, privacy and choice.

You’ll work with residents, families and staff to develop life stories, monthly plans and weekly overviews, helping to create a caring, respectful environment that values compassion and quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating activities for older adults.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing engaging, quality activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly activity and wellbeing plans.
• Arrange activities, events and outings with staff, relatives, visitors.
