Job summary

Windmill Lodge Care Home is a modern, 205-bed facility in Lytham St Annes, offering residential, nursing, dementia and respite care. We are seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and deliver a diverse programme of group and 1:1 activities tailored to residents, including those with dementia.

You will work within a supportive team and may need to cover alternate weekends. We welcome both experienced candidates and those entering the sector.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities.
• Genuine interest in supporting older people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
