Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to residents' interests.
• Create a warm, inclusive social environment for all.
• Support residents in maintaining hobbies and trying new ones.
• Organise social events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement.
• Coordinate outings to promote wellbeing and variety.
• Record participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement.
