Job summary

Highgate Care in Harrogate is seeking an Activities Coordinator to design and lead engaging programs for residents at Crystal Court. You will bring warmth, energy and creativity to daily life, helping residents stay active, connected and fulfilled.

• Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to residents' interests.

What You'll Be Doing

• Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual interests and abilities


• Creating a warm, inclusive, and social environment for all


• Supporting residents in maintaining existing hobbies and discovering new ones


• Organising social events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement


• Coordinating outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety


• Working closely with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing


• Recording participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement
