You will lead annual planning, develop programs across mental, physical, and financial well-being, and help employees understand health benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health promotion, public health, wellness, HR, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience developing or coordinating employee wellness or health programs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate health information into clear employee communications.
• Ability to coordinate multiple programs, initiatives, events, and partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends from participation and engagement data.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with employees, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual planning and establish priorities for the well-being program.
• Develop programs across mental, physical, financial, social, and preventive well-being.
• Help employees understand and navigate health benefits and resources.
• Use data to identify trends and opportunities to improve care quality and engagement.
• Engage campuses and remote locations through wellness champions networks.
• Develop clear content for emails, intranet, newsletters, and webinars.
• Create engaging wellness campaigns, workshops, and events.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders and vendors to strengthen partnerships.
• Track participation and outcomes and report to leadership.
