Aston Villa Football Club Limited is seeking Welfare Support Officers to join the Safeguarding Team at Villa Park. The roles cover matchdays and events, with flexible hours across evenings and weekends; you must be available for at least 80% of Women’s First Team home matches and may assist on Men’s matches too.

• Experience of working at events, ideally in safeguarding and welfare.
• Able to deliver professional customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to safeguarding and welfare incidents within your designated location and resolve immediately where possible, escalating when needed.
• Be the first point of contact for fans and guests during events and briefs/debriefs.
• Provide real-time, accurate updates to the control room and complete incident reports after events.
