We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Welfare Assistance Officer to assess applications and deliver emergency support to residents facing financial hardship. This vital role combines policy knowledge with empathy, helping residents access vouchers, essential household items, and utility assistance at times of greatest need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate applications in line with Council guidelines
